With four highly respected hospitals in Bergen County alone, the competition for patients is fierce. For over ten years, RITTA has been challenged to differentiate and elevate Englewood Hospital and Medical Center (EHMC), located in Englewood, NJ.
SOLUTION
Hospital advertising efforts often revolve around the latest technology, the widest range of specialties, strong statistical outcomes, or physicians with degrees from well-known medical schools. RITTA has founded that patients and their families are often looking for more than that. Through strong branding, conversational copy and warm, uplifting imagery, we have positioned EHMC as the hospital that understands how illness and recovery affects entire families.
We have driven that message home through a variety of media buys including billboards, web banners, movie theater videos, backlit banners in malls and bus side and back graphics. Over the years, we have created new looks and campaigns for EHMC that keep them looking fresh and different.
Results
Today, EHMC stands out as a hospital that cares about you as much as it cares about your condition. Most recently, these efforts have helped promote EHMC’s reputation in cardiac care, bloodless surgery and have also aided the expansion of their cancer care and wellness center. RITTA has stood out too, our work for EHMC has consistently won both state and national awards.
