Problem

Kim Bariatric Institute (KBI) was being outspent and out-marketed by their North Texas competitors. They needed a marketing campaign that would cut through the clutter and help them stand out amongst a saturated bariatric market to drive more patient leads and improve their ROI.

SOLUTION

We partnered with the KBI team to develop a passionate, heartfelt campaign showing KBI’s unmatched surgical experience in the bariatric category. The “Changing More Lives” campaign tactics included TV and radio commercials and outdoor billboards.

The look, tone and feel of the campaign was graphically carried on to the landing pages of the existing Kim Bariatric Institute website as well as for digital online efforts.

Results

The “Changing More Lives” campaign created an increase in inquiries and bariatric appointments. The campaign has generated impressive year-over-year results: 107% increase in patient leads, 68% increase in new patients, 400% increase in website views.
