TGI Fridays International division needed to develop a fully integrated campaign that captured Fridays infectious energy and fun, while delivering perfectly on the company’s brand promise “In Here, It’s Always Friday.” In addition, the franchisees needed a modular campaign that could accommodate different languages, swap out menu items, and provide additional flexibility at the local market level.


We partnered with Fridays to create an integrated, high-energy campaign including television commercials, a responsively-designed website, new menu designs and multiple in-store promotions.

The Fridays brand promise was consistently extended throughout the advertising as well as in the restaurants, providing a seamless guest experience.


The 2014 integrated advertising and promotion campaign was enthusiastically embraced by global franchisees at the 2013 GBC conference in Orlando. In addition, Agency Creative won a Gold Davey award for the new Fridays International website.
